Seattle Seahawks QB Sam Darnold (oblique), WR Jaxon Smith-Njigba (non-injury), DL DeMarcus Lawrence (non-injury), DL Leonard Williams (non-injury), S Nick Emmanwori (ankle), FB Robbie Ouzts (neck), OT Charles Cross (foot) and OT Joshua Jones (ankle, knee) were limited during practice Wednesday, Feb. 4. | Footballguys view: Smith-Njigba is just getting some rest on a Wednesday before the big game. Darnold's oblique injury won't cause him to miss the game, but we'd like to see him fully practicing before the end of the week. |

Buffalo Bills WR Khalil Shakir led the team with 719 receiving yards, with the next-closest receiving being WR Keon Coleman with 404 yards. The team is likely to address the receiver position in either the draft, free agency, or both.
Footballguys view: The Bills thought Coleman could be a no.1 receiver, but his second pro season totals (404 yards) fell short of his rookie year (556 yards). In order to be active in free agency, the Bills must first get under the salary cap. OverTheCap.com currently has them $7.4 MM over the cap.
Cincinnati Bengals wide receivers coach Troy Walters declined to interview for the Chicago Bears' offensive coordinator opening.
Footballguys view: According to CBSSports.com's Jonathan Jones, Walters, who's had multiple offensive coordinator looks the last few years, will stay in Cincy with hopes to win with one of the best units in football.

Arizona Cardinals WR Michael Wilson recorded 809 of his 1,006 receiving yards during the second half of the 2025 regular season. He also caught six of his seven touchdowns during that span.
Footballguys view: Wilson joined tight end Trey McBride in the Cardinals' 1,000-yard receiving club. Given how he started the season, with just eight catches for 52 yards and a touchdown over the first five games, Wilson's finish was remarkable. With Jacoby Brissett taking over for Kyler Murray, plus Wilson getting WR1 opportunities with Marvin Harrison Jr. injured, the third-year pro was able to take off behind 65 catches for 855 yards (and the six scores) over the next 11 games. Offseason developments in Arizona will determine our view of Wilson in 2026, but a new, offensive-minded head coach in Mike LaFleur is a great start.

Dallas Cowboys impending free-agent WR George Pickens said he would like to return to the Cowboys next season but believes his value has gone up after his 2025 season.
Footballguys view: The Cowboys want to keep Pickens, and the team has the franchise tag available to use on the pending free agent, but the question is whether the sides can negotiate a long-term deal. The Cowboys traded with the Steelers for Pickens in the 2025 offseason. Dak Prescott is the best quarterback Pickens has played with, and it showed. His previous best season was 63 receptions for 1,140 yards and five touchdowns in 2023. We'll be following this situation closely as free agency draws nearer.
San Francisco 49ers WR Jauan Jennings caught five of his nine touchdowns on third down during the 2025 regular season.
Footballguys view: Jennings is a free-agent-to-be, and his future with the Niners is unclear. Still, with 1,618 yards and 15 touchdowns on 122 receptions over the last two years, Jennings has been an essential piece of the team's offense. Will that translate into a big payday in San Francisco? A move to another team? We'll be watching that closely as the free-agent signing period draws near.

Los Angeles Rams WR Davante Adams is expected to return to the team next season, according to head coach Sean McVay.
Footballguys view: Adams, 33, was a key contributor for the Rams in 2025, catching 60 passes for 789 yards with a league-leading 14 touchdowns. He missed some time with a hamstring injury, but caught 11 passes for 185 yards with a touchdown in three postseason games. Adams was also a boon for fantasy investors. Despite being limited to 14 regular-season games, the veteran finished as WR9 in total points. He was also WR9 on a points-per-game basis. Assuming all the pieces remain in place, fantasy managers find the Rams' offense a target-rich environment this summer.

University of Michigan WR Donaven McCulley led all receivers at the 2026 Senior Bowl with four receptions for 50 yards on four targets, including a 24-yard reception.

Link to storyTampa Bay Buccaneers WR Mike Evans is scheduled to be an unrestricted free agent this offseason, but QB Baker Mayfield said he expects Evans to return to the team next season.
Footballguys view: There are rumblings out there that Evans will not return to the Buccaneers in free agency. That seems a bit odd because we can't imagine him playing for another team. However, things change in the NFL - even for long-time veterans like Evans. Coming off his first non-1,000-yard receiving season, Evans may be looking for a fresh start. He's not quite the player he used to be, but Evans could be in for a bounce-back season in 2026...in Tampa or somewhere else.

Louisville WR Caullin Lacy was an 'electric route runner' during Senior Bowl practices, according to Alan Saunders of Steelers Now.
Footballguys view: Lacy knows how to cut a rug and get open against off coverage. His size and skill set projects him as a slot receiver at the pro level. Lacy's run-after-the-catch ability means he can take short passes and turn them into long gains. He also can contribute as a dangerous return man in the NFL. Lacy will need to learn the full route tree and prove himself against press coverage to play up to his full potential. He's seen as a Day 3 pick with upside.
Cincinnati WR Cyrus Allen 'wreaked havoc' on the defensive backs during Senior Bowl practices and made several contested catches, according to Alan Saunders of Steelers Now.
Footballguys view: Scouts know that Allen can 'churn and burn' on the football field. He's got blazing speed and is a big-play threat anytime he runs a route. Allen has a nose for the end zone as evidenced by his Big-12 leading 13 receiving touchdowns in 2025. He's got to become a more natural hands-catcher (too many body catches on film for our liking) and clean up his concentration drops. Allen is projected a Day 3 pick with upside.
Seattle Seahawks OT Amari Kight (knee) did not participate in practice Friday, Jan. 30, and is considered doubtful for Super Bowl LX at this point. Carolina Panthers WR Jalen Coker will enter training camp as the team's WR2 on the depth chart, according to head coach Dave Canales.
Footballguys view: Coker finished the season with a massive 9-134-1 line in the last second loss to the Rams. He should benefit from Tetairoa McMillan often drawing the best outside corner from the opposing defense. Coker has won on downfield routes consistently and should have the trust of Bryce Young as a big play target. His value is trending up considerably in dynasty leagues.
Texas Tech WR Reggie Virgil was impressive in every day of Senior Bowl practice, according to Daniel Jeremiah of NFL.com, and Jeremiah believes Virgil stood out above every wide receiver with the exception of Notre Dame WR Malachi Fields.

Link to storyBuffalo Bills WR Keon Coleman has a good chance to remain on the roster because head coach Joe Brady said he believes in Coleman and expects him to improve. 'He's going to continue to grow, but the elements that we saw in the draft process -- the confidence that I have in him and his ability -- and as long as he's handling what he needs to do off the field, I have no doubt that he's going to be successful on the field,' Brady said
Footballguys view: That's good for Brady to say, but it may not be how the franchise feels about the young receiver. Bills GM Brandon Beane and Bills owner Terry Pegula just last week threw Coleman under the bus for being a bad pick...or a pick that was forced by the previous coaching staff (Sean McDermott). There are videos of Beane going on and on about how he loved Coleman before the draft, but forget about the facts...things are all good now. At least that's what they want you to believe.
Seattle Seahawks OT Charles Cross (foot), OT Amari Kight (knee) and TE Eric Saubert (hamstring) did not participate in practice Thursday, Jan. 29. Baylor WR Josh Cameron has impressed at the Senior Bowl with his size and hands. He fought through cornerbacks looking to impede his route and overpowered them to the spot for the catch. He was able to outwork tight man coverage for 50/50 balls that typically turn into incompletions. Some draft experts are raising his grade based on his performance thus far.
Footballguys view: Cameron is a possession receiver who is built like a running back. He's strong enough to pick up yards after contact, and Cameron does a good job in the open field. He should be a Day 3 pick, but this performance at the Senior Bowl might cause him to rise into late Day 2 in the 2026 NFL Draft.
Baltimore Ravens wide receivers coach Greg Lewis has been hired for the same role with the Tennessee Titans, according to sources.

Georgia State WR Ted Hurst's combination of size and speed has caught the eye of scouts at Senior Bowl practices, according to Field Yates of ESPN.com.
Link to storyNotre Dame WR Malachi Fields was the best player on the American team during Senior Bowl practice Wednesday, Jan. 28, according to Matt Miller of ESPN, and Miller believes Fields is trending toward being an end of Round 1 pick in the 2026 NFL Draft.
Link to storyMissouri WR Kevin Coleman was a smooth route runner during Senior Bowl practice Tuesday, Jan. 27, and showed reliable hand, in the opinion of ESPN.com's Jordan Reid. He also did not have a problem fielding punts on a windy day.
Footballguys view: Coleman is built for All-Star practices like this week's festivities in Mobile, AL. He's a quick and fast receiver who accelerates in the blink of an eye. His ability after the catch makes him a weapon to be concerned with, no matter the target depth. He'll need to add more strength to his frame to take the beating WRs get in the NFL, but Coleman is a mid-round pick and climbing draft boards.
John Carroll WR Tyren Montgomery made some plays during Senior Bowl practice Wednesday, Jan. 28, and has helped his draft stock this week, in the opinion of ESPN.com's Jordan Reid.
Footballguys view: A Division III player, Montgomery is standing out at the Senior Bowl against D-1 talent. A former walk-on at LSU (basketball), Montgomery proved himself over the last two years (over 2,600 yards receiving and 32 touchdowns). He's gotten the attention of scouts at the Senior Bowl and could be moving up in the draft (to perhaps the mid-rounds).

Link to storyDallas Cowboys WR George Pickens, who is set to become a free agent, is expected to receive the franchise tag, according to ESPN's Jeremy Fowler, but the belief is that Pickens will be seeking a 'long-term deal.' If the Cowboys don't sign him to a long-term contract, some believe Pickens will stay away from the team 'for a large portion of the offseason or even training camp.' Pickens can further apply pressure by refusing to sign the franchise tag.
Footballguys view: Pickens only broke 1,000-plus receiving yards once in his three seasons in Pittsburgh, totaling just 12 touchdowns through the air, so the Cowboys have to decide if he's a one-hit wonder or if playing next to Dak Prescott and CeeDee Lamb helped unlock Pickens' skill set. Although he did disappear at times, Sports Illustrated pointed out that in the three games Lamb missed due to injury, Pickens caught 19 passes for 359 yards and four touchdowns, showing his ability to carry an undermanned wide receiver room. If tagged, both sides would have until July 15 to reach a deal.
Los Angeles Rams WR Puka Nacua averaged 107.2 yards per game during the 2025 regular season.
Footballguys view: This just in: Nacua is really good at his job. He led the league with 129 receptions, finished second in receiving yards with 1,715 passing yards and scored 11 total touchdowns. His success was all-encompassing, as he led the league in contested catches (27), according to Pro Football Focus, and finished first among receivers in yards after catch (729), according to Next Gen Stats. In addition to being a finalist for the NFL Offensive Player of the Year, Nacua finished 2025 as fantasy's WR1 overall. It's not a reach to believe he'll be the first player selected in many fantasy drafts this summer.

Jacksonville Jaguars WR/CB Travis Hunter will probably see more playing time at cornerback next season since the team has multiple cornerbacks that will become free agents this offseason, according to general manager James Gladstone. 'At this point walking into the offseason, corner is a position that we have a few guys who are on expiring contracts. By default, you can expect there to be a higher emphasis on his placement [at corner},' Gladstone said.
Footballguys view: Hunter's rookie season ended with 28 catches for 298 yards and a touchdown, 15 tackles, and three pass breakups. He played 67 percent of the team's offensive snaps and 36 percent of the defensive snaps before his season-ending knee injury Oct. 30. Hunter has been rehabbing since undergoing surgery to repair a torn lateral collateral ligament in his right knee Nov. 11. We'll be watching for more, but short of roster moves to shore up the secondary, expect to see Hunter playing more defense.
Seattle Seahawks WR Jaxon Smith-Njigba averaged 105.5 yards per game during the 2025 regular season.
Footballguys view: If there was a reminder needed of how valuable Smith-Njigba is to what the Seahawks want to do offensively, it came against the Rams in the Conference Championship. He had 10 catches for 153 yards and a touchdown in the victory. That kind of role doesn't happen by accident. It's also likely to persist. His monstrous workload is why Smith-Njigba finished the 2025 regular season as the WR2 overall, behind only Puka Nacua. Expect to pay a premium for JSN this summer.
