Link to storyDenver Broncos QB Bo Nix is tied for the longest streak of road games with one or more touchdown passes at nine straight.
Footballguys view: Nix and the Broncos travel to play against the Commanders on Sunday night. He's only played a couple of complete games this year, but Nix can play at a high level during crunch time. It's set to be a rainy night in this game, so that could mute the production from both passing games.

Denver Broncos PK Wil Lutz agreed to terms on a three-year contract extension through the 2028 season. Financial terms of the deal were undisclosed. He leads the NFL with four game-winning kicks this season.
Footballguys view: Lutz should enjoy his new contract just as much as he enjoys kicking through the thin Denver air. Lutz has been a reliable kicker since coming into the league, playing the early part of his career in New Orleans before settling in with the Broncos.

Denver Broncos RB J.K. Dobbins (foot) will need to undergo surgery to repair his foot injury and will likely miss the rest of the season, according to sources. Dobbins will be placed on the Reserve/Injured list.
Footballguys view: This is terrible news for the Broncos. Dobbins has been fantastic as the centerpiece of their offense, and now they'll have to turn elsewhere. Rookie RJ Harvey is the next man up, but the rookie has not been trusted much in pass protection (only four snaps in pass pro this year). Harvey has been great as a receiving option out of the backfield, but he's only surpassed double-digit carries once this year (versus the Bengals). We should see a combination of Harvey, Jaleel McLaughlin, and Tyler Badie. The Broncos are likely to look at the free agent market as well.

Denver Broncos RB J.K. Dobbins (foot) did not practice all week and has been ruled out for Week 11 against the Kansas City Chiefs.
Footballguys view: Multiple NFL insiders have mentioned a potential IR stint for Dobbins as he gathers more information on the foot injury he suffered last week. While Dobbins is on the mend, rookie RJ Harvey should operate as the team's top running back. Given Sean Payton's tendencies, expect Tyler Badie, Jaleel McLaughlin, and Adam Prentice to mix in as well. Harvey's big-play upside and expanded role put him firmly in the RB2 range for this week.

Denver Broncos RB RJ Harvey will see more action with RB J.K. Dobbins (foot) in doubt for Week 11, according to head coach Sean Payton. 'Obviously he'll have more opportunities here in this game. He's built, when you see his frame, he's built to last and that's important.'
Footballguys view: Nothing is official yet with Dobbins, but we'd be shocked if he plays. That means Harvey is in line next to get most of the touches in the Broncos backfield. Payton expressed confidence in Harvey's ability as a runner, even though the rookie only has 50 carries this season. Harvey has been outstanding as a receiver out of the backfield (four receiving touchdowns). With a larger workload, Harvey could post RB2/flex numbers.

Denver Broncos RB Tyler Badie did not have any carries or receptions in Week 10 against the Las Vegas Raiders, although he was targeted once in the passing game. He finished playing 13 of the team's 61 offensive snaps, or 21 percent of the plays.
Link to storyDenver Broncos RB J.K. Dobbins (foot) is having options weighed by the team in terms of being placed on injured reserve or not.
Footballguys view: Dobbins was injured on a hip-drop tackle late against the Raiders last Thursday night. Although he went down in obvious pain on that third-quarter play, Dobbins later returned to the field and finished the game. The veteran RB took to social media after the win to criticize the NFL for not penalizing hip-drop tackles, which are banned. Without Dobbins, the Broncos would have to turn to rookie RJ Harvey, Tyler Badie, and Jaleel McLaughlin. They play the Chiefs in Week 11 before their Week 12 bye.

Denver Broncos LB Alex Singleton (illness) may miss some time because of an illness, but doctors believe he will have a chance to return to the lineup in the near future.
Footballguys view: Singleton announced on social media that he had surgery after being diagnosed with testicular cancer. The diagnosis came after a league-mandated drug test showed elevated levels of the hormone hCG in his system, and further consultations with doctors led to the discovery of a tumor that was surgically removed. Singleton said the belief is that the cancer was caught very early and that he has a "great prognosis" for a full recovery. Singleton said that he is still waiting for further test results, but that "I fully expect to return to the field in the coming weeks."

Denver Broncos RB J.K. Dobbins (foot) suffered a foot injury during the Week 10 game and is scheduled to receive a second opinion on the injury, according to NFL Network's Tom Pelissero.
Footballguys view: Dobbins was injured on a hip-drop tackle late in the terrible Thursday night game against the Raiders. The Broncos offense is struggling, and Bo Nix looks nervous on the field over the last two games. It helps him when Dobbins can do some of the heavy lifting. Without Dobbins, the Broncos would have to turn to guys like rookie RJ Harvey, Tyler Badie, and Jaleel McLaughlin. They play the Chiefs in Week 11 before their Week 12 bye.
