Broncos | Vance Joseph to be popular interview Sat Jan 3, 04:18 PM
Denver Broncos defensive coordinator Vance Joseph could begin interviewing for head coaching jobs starting on Wednesday, Jan. 7, if the Broncos clinch the No. 1 seed in the AFC, according to Sports Illustrated's Conor Orr.
| Footballguys view: Joseph was the head coach of the Broncos for a couple of seasons, but he didn't have much success (or support from the front office). His defense is one of the best in the league, and he's learned a ton from Sean Payton over the last few years. We're certain that his next chance at head coach is going to go better than his first chance did. Perhaps a team like the Giants would be interested, and Joseph may bring Davis Webb (Broncos QB coach) with him wherever he goes. |
