Footballguys view: Love's status for Saturday's game against the Ravens is unknown at this time. He's working through the concussion protocol, and he'll need to experience zero setbacks in order to play. Stay tuned. Malik Willis would start if Love can't play.

Green Bay Packers RB Josh Jacobs (knee) will be limited all week ahead of Week 17, according to head coach Matt LaFleur.
Footballguys view: Playing on a questionable designation in Chicago, Jacobs carried the ball just 12 times for 36 yards. He also lost a fumble in the third quarter and only played two snaps after that without touching the ball. The end result was a 6.8-point finish in a vital week for his investors. Coach Matt LaFleur was asked about Jacobs' diminished role after the game. "I thought [Emanuel Wilson] was running pretty well," the coach said. "So we kind of were rolling with that." Wilson should be high on your radar in case the Packers decide to give Jacobs the week off.

Green Bay Packers QB Malik Willis (shoulder) and Jordan Love (concussion) will be limited in practice on Tuesday, Dec. 23, according to head coach Matt LaFleur.
Footballguys view: There is a chance the Packers will have their starting quarterback when they take on the Ravens Saturday night. Love is in concussion protocol, having been placed in it during last Saturday's loss to the Bears. But his ability to get on the field on a limited basis -- even in a jog-through session -- is a step in the right direction. Willis, dealing with a shoulder injury, seems less of a concern. We'll continue to monitor in advance of Saturday's game. Green Bay will clinch a playoff berth with a victory over Baltimore or a Detroit loss to Minnesota.

Green Bay Packers DE Collin Oliver (hamstring) was activated from the Reserve/Physically Unable to Perform list Monday, Dec. 22.
Link to storyGreen Bay Packers TE John FitzPatrick (Achilles) was placed on the Reserve/Injured list Monday, Dec. 22.
Footballguys view: FitzPatrick caught 12 passes for 72 yards with a touchdown in his 15 appearances with four starts this season.
Green Bay Packers QB Malik Willis (shoulder) suffered a right shoulder injury from a fall in Week 17. Willis was able to finish the game.
Footballguys view: Jordan Love left Saturday night's game against the Bears in the first half with a concussion, and Willis played the rest of the way in the overtime loss despite landing hard on the shoulder late in the game. "He's going to be another guy that we'll see where he's at as we progress," coach Matt LaFleur said. "That further complicates the other problem." The Packers do not have another quarterback on their 53-man roster, but they do have former Cardinal Clayton Tune on the practice squad. The Packers play the Ravens on Saturday. We'll be watching this one closely.
Green Bay Packers QB Jordan Love (concussion) is in concussion protocol following Week 16.
Footballguys view: Love left Chicago in the protocol because he had taken a helmet-to-helmet hit in the second quarter Saturday. Love must pass through the five-step protocol that requires increasing activity, followed by baseline testing, with each step along the way. He must remain asymptomatic throughout. We'll be watching for more on this, and on his backup, Malik Willis, who is dealing with a minor shoulder issue. The Packers play the Ravens on Saturday.

Green Bay Packers WR Christian Watson (chest, shoulder) was limited during practice Thursday, Dec. 18, and is listed as questionable for Week 16.
Footballguys view: We should see Watson out there against the Bears on Saturday night. We've got him in the WR3/flex range for Fantasy GMs in Week 16.
Green Bay Packers RB Josh Jacobs (ankle, knee) did not participate in practice Thursday, Dec. 18, and is listed as questionable for Week 16.
Footballguys view: Jacobs now has three DNP's this week in preparation for Saturday's game against the Bears. He's a seasoned veteran and doesn't need every practice rep, but this is a worrisome development. Make sure he's in the lineup before trusting him as a starter in Week 16. Emanuel Wilson will do more if Jacobs can't play.

Green Bay Packers RB Josh Jacobs (knee, ankle) is out of practice Thursday, Dec. 18.
Footballguys view: Last week, Jacobs was DNP, DNP, and limited then still played against the Broncos. This time, Jacobs is questionable with three missed practices and a Saturday game against the Bears. He's certainly a game-time decision, so Fantasy GMs need to be dialed in on his status. Emanuel Wilson would be in line to do more if Jacobs has to miss Saturday night's game.
