Tennessee Titans WR Treylon Burks (knee) was limited during practice Wednesday, Sept. 27.

Link to storyTennessee Titans OL Justin Murray was signed off the practice squad and added to the active roster on Tuesday, Sept. 26. WR Shi Smith was signed to the practice squad to fill the void left behind by Murray's promotion. Tennessee also placed RB Julius Chestnut (hamstring) and S Mike Z. Brown (foot) on the Reserve/Injured list.

Tennessee Titans OG Peter Skoronski (illness) has a chance to be available for the Week 4 game, but head coach Mike Vrabel said he does not know how big the chance is at this time.

Tennessee Titans WR DeAndre Hopkins (ankle) shook off an ankle injury to play in Week 3 against the Cleveland Browns, posting three grabs for a team-high 48 yards on seven targets.
Footballguys view: Hopkins is a seasoned pro who can play through injuries, but in this offense, he can't be a fantasy relevant player while he's not 100%. Hopefully his practice participation can ramp up next week heading into a matchup with the Bengals. |

Tennessee Titans RB Tyjae Spears rushed four times for six yards in Week 3 against the Cleveland Browns, while adding four receptions for just three yards on his four targets.
Link to storyTennessee Titans RB Derrick Henry rushed 11 times for just 20 yards in Week 3 against the Cleveland Browns, and he did not have a reception or any targets.
Footballguys view: It's hard to say how much of this was the stout Browns defense, how much was Henry's toe injury, and how much was a poor game script that had the Titans playing from behind. Henry will be low ceiling RB2 until we see him regain form. |

Tennessee Titans QB Ryan Tannehill completed 13-of-25 passes for 104 yards, no touchdowns and no interceptions in Week 3 against the Cleveland Browns, and he did not have any rushing yardage.
Footballguys view: The Browns defense is shaping up as one of the best in the league. They smothered the Titans offense in every way and will square off with Lamar Jackson next week. The Titans are still very much in the mix in the worst division in football and they have a winnable game against the Bengals next week. |

Tennessee Titans RB Hassan Haskins (undisclosed) was moved from the commissioner's exempt list back to injured reserve on Friday, Sept. 22.
Link to storyTennessee Titans RB Derrick Henry (toe) fully participated in practice Friday, Sept. 22, and is not on the injury report for Week 3.
Footballguys view: If Henry is out there, then Fantasy GMs are going to be starting him as per usual with RB1 expectations. A toe injury is painful and will come down to pain tolerance. The Titans may give rookie RB Tyjae Spears a few touches here and there to give Henry a breather. |

Tennessee Titans OG Peter Skoronski (abdomen) and WR Kearis Jackson (ankle) did not practice on Friday, Sept. 22, and have been ruled out for Week 3 against the Cleveland Browns. WR DeAndre Hopkins (ankle) did not practice all week but is listed as possible. CB Anthony Kendall (hip) and DT Denico Autry (foot, groin) were limited in practice on Friday and are listed as questionable. DT Teair Tart (knee) was upgraded to full practice on Friday but is also listed as questionable. LB Luke Gifford (quad), RB Derrick Henry (toe, rest), LB Harold Landry (hamstring), CB Kristian Fulton (hamstring) and S Amani Hooker (concussion) practiced in full on Friday and have been removed from the injury report.

Tennessee Titans WR DeAndre Hopkins (ankle) did not practice again on Friday, Sept. 22.
Footballguys view: Hopkins doesn't seem to be any healthier than he was last week, when he was a game time decision and ended up playing a posting a 4-40 stat line. Cleveland's defense has been good through two games, so Hopkins is a low ceiling WR3/Flex at best, but probably best off on your bench. If he can't go on Sunday, Treylon Burks and Chigoziem Okonkwo could benefit via extra targets. |

Tennessee Titans WR DeAndre Hopkins (undisclosed) was not spotted on the field during the portion of practice open to the media on Thursday, Sept. 21.
Footballguys view: Hopkins was listed as a full participant on Wednesday, so let's watch this situation. He's been dealing with an ankle issue, and perhaps the veteran needed a day of rest. As per usual, Friday is the big day for players battling injuries but hoping to play Sunday. Against the Browns in Week 3, we like Hopkins as a WR3/flex option if he's out there. |

Tennessee Titans RB Derrick Henry (toe) was not spotted on the field during the portion of practice open to the media on Thursday, Sept. 21.
Footballguys view: Henry has a toe injury, and that could linger if not given enough time to heal. This type of injury comes down to pain tolerance, so there's a good chance Henry plays with the toe problem. However, we'll have to see what his status is on Friday. Rookie Tyjae Spears is ready to do more if asked, and he's a three-down back who can thrive as a runner or receiver. |

Link to storyTennessee Titans WR DeAndre Hopkins caught four passes for 40 yards against the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 2. He was targeted five times during the game.
Footballguys view: Hopkins wasn't 100%, so even though this was a disappointing stat line, it could have been worse. Hopefully, we see him healthy enough to get at least a limited practice in next week, but if he doesn't, Hopkins probably shouldn't be in fantasy lineups against the Browns next week. |

Tennessee Titans WR Treylon Burks caught three passes for 76 yards against the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 2. He was targeted four times during the game.
Link to storyTennessee Titans RB Tyjae Spears rushed for 49 yards on eight carries against the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 2. He also caught two passes for six yards during the game.
Footballguys view: Spears looks good on his touches and was involved in the game plan early, but wasn't used as much down the stretch in a close game. He's an upside bench hold, but might not be startable this year unless Derrick Henry goes down. Dynasty teams that took Spears in their rookie drafts should be happy with what they've seen. |
Tennessee Titans RB Derrick Henry rushed for 80 yards and one touchdown on 25 carries against the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 2. He also caught three passes for 15 yards during the game.
Footballguys view: Henry was held in check when the game hung in the balance late, but he scored got free a few times early, which was enough to be a solid fantasy game in a gut check win for his team. With the Titans as competitive as ever despite offensive line issues, Henry is looking like a value pick at his depressed ADP heading into a matchup against the Browns. |
Derrick Henry player page
Tennessee Titans QB Ryan Tannehill went 20-for-24 for 246 yards and one touchdown against the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 2. He also rushed for 12 yards and one touchdown on one carry during the game.
Footballguys view: Tannehill righted the ship after a terrible Week 1 in New Orleans. The win over the Chargers should push back any timeline for him to be replaced, and now it's not hard to picture this team at 2-0 going into a matchup with Cleveland if a big call that wiped a defensive touchdown off of the board went their way in Week 1. Tannehill was about at his fantasy ceiling because of the rushing score, so he's still just depth in 2QB/Superflex leagues. |
