Pittsburgh Steelers QB Aaron Rodgers (wrist) practiced in full all week and no longer appears on the injury report.
Footballguys view: Rodgers will lead the Steelers into a must-win game on Sunday night against the Ravens. His game has changed dramatically over the last few years as he dinks and dunks his way down the field with short, high-percentage throws. Especially without DK Metcalf, he's a desperation streamer this week, even in superflex leagues.

Pittsburgh Steelers QB Aaron Rodgers (wrist) fully participated in practice Thursday, Jan. 1.
Footballguys view: It's a big one for the Steelers on Sunday. They play the Ravens for a playoff berth and the AFC North title. Rodgers is a QB2 for Fantasy GMs on Sunday night.

Pittsburgh Steelers WR Calvin Austin (hamstring) was limited during practice Thursday, Jan. 1.
Link to storyPittsburgh Steelers QB Aaron Rodgers said there would be one or two situations he would consider returning for in 2026, and NFL insider Ian Rapoport wonders if the Steelers would be one of them. The experience has been positive, and the team would need a bridge quarterback for a younger player next season.
Footballguys view: Rodgers says he hasn't yet thought about his future. If the Steelers beat the Ravens in Week 18, they're headed to the playoffs as AFC North champion. He signed a one-year deal with the Steelers, and he may consider staying with the team in 2026 ...if he doesn't retire. The Steelers would be in the market for a quarterback (Malik Willis?) if Rodgers doesn't come back for next year.

Pittsburgh Steelers CB Brandin Echols (groin), CB James Pierre Jr. (calf) and OG Isaac Seumalo (triceps) might be able to play in Week 18 against the Baltimore Ravens. Head coach Mike Tomlin said Tuesday, Dec. 30 that he is optimistic the injured players would be available.

Pittsburgh Steelers WR Calvin Austin III (hamstring) might be able to play in the winner-take-all regular-season finale in Week 18 against the Baltimore Ravens. Head coach Mike Tomlin said Tuesday, Dec. 30 that he was optimistic about the receiver's availability.
Link to storyPittsburgh Steelers LB T.J. Watt (lung) has provided optimism for head coach Mike Tomlin for Week 18. 'We'll work him up over the course of the week and let the amount of participation and quality of participation be our guide,' Tomlin said. 'I'm more optimistic than I've been in previous weeks.'
Footballguys view: Watt has not played since a Dec. 7 victory over Baltimore, after a procedure to close a small hole in his lung. Watt practiced in a limited capacity last week, but that was not enough for the club to put him on the field against the Browns in Week 17. Tomlin said he's not concerned about Watt not being in "football shape" despite his three-game absence. Tomlin noted he's willing to use Watt circumstantially instead of his usual full-time role if necessary. "I'm open to utilizing him in any way that's appropriate relative to his availability," Tomlin said.

Pittsburgh Steelers TE Darnell Washington (arm) had surgery to repair a broken arm Tuesday, Dec. 30, and he's likely done for the season.
Footballguys view: Washington was fourth on the team with 364 receiving yards on 31 receptions with one touchdown. Tomlin noted that the Steelers do have options to replace Washington's production. "You know, we use a lot of tight ends," Tomlin said. That's true. But none of the other tight ends have Washington's body type at 6-7 and 264 pounds with the way he can move. Pat Freeirmuth, Jonnu Smith, and Connor Heyward are the team's listed other options at tight end on the 53-man roster.

Pittsburgh Steelers RB Kenneth Gainwell carried seven times for 26 yards in a Week 17 loss to the Cleveland Browns. He caught three of four targets for 12 yards.
Footballguys view: Gainwell was a dud after emerging as a surprise RB1 in fantasy leagues because the Steelers offense was thwarted at almost every turn by a motivated Browns defense in front a spirited home crowd. He'll be a free agent next year, but the Steelers should value him more than any other team after seeing his contributions up close and personal this season.

Pittsburgh Steelers RB Jaylen Warren carried 12 times 64 yards in a Week 17 loss to the Cleveland Browns.
Footballguys view: The Steelers offense was already behind the eight ball against a tough Browns defense without DK Metcalf, and they lost Darnell Washington during the game to a broken forearm, which made it even more difficult for the offense to put together successful drives. Warren broke free a few times for good runs, but the Steelers offense was a dud and will have to find a spark to win the division by beating the Ravens in Pittsburgh next week.
Pittsburgh Steelers QB Aaron Rodgers completed 21 of 39 for 168 yards with no touchdowns and no interceptions in a Week 17 loss to the Cleveland Browns.

Steelers tight end Darnell Washington sustained a broken arm in Sunday's 13-6 loss to the Cleveland Browns, coach Mike Tomlin said. He added he doesn't know Washington's timeline to return.
Footballguys view: Washington exited late in the first quarter as the Steelers' leading receiver at that point with 15 yards on two catches on two targets. His longest catch went for 11 yards on third-and-16. Washington's absence was especially significant for an offense that also played without its top two wide receivers in DK Metcalf and Calvin Austin III (hamstring). Tight end Pat Freiermuth finished as the Steelers' leading receiver with 63 yards on three receptions in five targets.

Pittsburgh Steelers RB Jaylen Warren (hip) fully participated in practice Friday, Dec. 26, and is not on the injury report for Week 17.
Footballguys view: Warren is still getting the bulk of the work in the Steelers' backfield, but he's ceding passing-down and goal-line work to Kenneth Gainwell at an alarming rate. There's enough usage here to get him in your lineup as an RB2. But a tough matchup in Cleveland and slipping grasp on the workhorse role push him out of the plug-and-play tier he previously occupied.
Pittsburgh Steelers QB Aaron Rodgers (wrist) fully participated in practice Friday, Dec. 26, and is not on the injury report for Week 17.
Footballguys view: Rodgers has been on the injury report for a few weeks, but has kept playing despite the broken wrist he suffered. It's on his non-throwing hand and hasn't impacted his play. He's a back-end QB2 on the road against Cleveland this week.

Pittsburgh Steelers WR Calvin Austin (hamstring) did not participate in practice Friday, Dec. 26, and has been ruled out for Week 17.
Footballguys view: Austin hasn't practiced all week. Veterans Adam Thielen and Marquez Valdes-Scantling have been more involved in recent weeks, making it hard to trust Austin even if he were active. He's droppable in all redraft formats.
