Jeff Darlington reported, "In regards to Panthers WR Tetairoa McMillan being added to injury report with an illness, I’m told McMillan arrived to the stadium not feeling great. He is still expected to play barring any change, but the team wanted to be careful and transparent by reporting it."

SF - TE George Kittle Now "Highly Unlikely" To Play

Adam Schefter reported Sunday morning, "49ers TE George Kittle, listed as questionable for Sunday night due to a sprained ankle that prevented him from practicing last week, is “highly unlikely” to play vs. the Bears, per source."
Again, this is not an official designation. We've not heard directly from the team on this and maybe will not hear until this evening. But Schefter is outstanding and if he says a player is "highly unlikely" to play, I'd be going a differnet direction.
SF - TE George Kittle Will Test Ankle Pregame - Have A Pivot Option

Ian Rapoport reported, "49ers star TE George Kittle, who hasn’t practiced this week with an ankle sprain, will test out his ankle pregame to see if he can go, source said. While most players don’t play if they don’t practice all week, Kittle is intent on testing it out to see if he’s got a shot."
Kittle plays in the Sunday night game so this is a tough spot. The phrasing from Rapoport here doesn't imply a lot of confidence. The fact that Kittle wants to test the ankle pregame just to see if he has a shot doesn't sound great. But it's George Kittle and he's a gamer.
The only thing certain is that if you plan on starting Kittle tonight, make sure you have a pivot option. 49ers TE Jake Tonges could be an option. Rams TEs Colby Parkinson or Terrance Ferguson may also be available in some leagues.
Bottom line, there is a ton of uncertainty about Kittle's availability tonight and if you're starting him, you need a pivot option. He may very well play and be outstanding. But there seems to be a real chance that he could miss so have a pivot ready.

Still though, it's been a weird few days for Las Vegas and putting Maxx Crosby on IR when he reportedly wanted to still play. So there is some concern for Jeanty. He's got a 4:05 PM ET kickoff today.
