The bid percentage next to a waiver wire gem indicates the percentage of a "blind bid" budget used in some leagues to award free agent pickups. If your league does not use blind bid waivers, consider the number a way to rank the quality of waiver wire additions.

Quarterback Upgrades

    The visions of a souped-up Falcons pass offense with Cousins at the helm were finally realized in Week 5 with some help from the Bucs pass defense. Cousins seems to be over the sluggishness he showed coming back from an Achilles tear early this season, and the Panthers are a terrific matchup for fantasy in Week 6. All systems go.

    How did you celebrate your 25th birthday? Lawrence threw for over 300 yards in a win to help keep his team from waving the white flag on the season. He's not a good play against the stout Bears defense, but Lawrence showed he has matchup QB1 usefulness and upside going forward.
