Allen is healthy and expected to participate in a committee with Breece Hall and Isaiah Davis. The headlines suggest that this "three-headed monster" backfield will be an even split or something close enough that it will hurt Hall's value.
With a little more nuaunce to the interpretation, which is likely needed, Hall remains the top option and should earn enough touches to earn strong RB2, if not RB1, fantasy value. It's more likely that Allen and Davis will have defined roles that, when combined, equal an RB2 role for the team.
Think along the lines of what we saw from the Giants when Cam Skattebo was healthy or from Denver when J.K. Dobbins was delivering high-end RB2 value last year.
If called upon, Allen could deliver top-15 fantasy value if the Jets OL can peform well enough.
