Puka Nacua, Nico Collins active; Jefferson, DeVonta Smith, Breece Hall out for Week 4
Rams WR Puka Nacua (hip) is officially active and set to return Sunday against the Eagles after missing Weeks 2 and 3, and Texans WR Nico Collins is active after returning from a hamstring injury. New Cowboys CB Joey Porter Jr. is also active and will make his Dallas debut against the Texans following his trade from the Steelers. Vikings WR Justin Jefferson (ankle) and Eagles WR DeVonta Smith (hamstring) are out, with Eagles TE Dallas Goedert also sidelined. Jets RB Breece Hall (quad) is out, presumably putting RB Braelon Allen in line to start after he took the bulk of first-team reps in practice this week.
