Packers rookie CB Brandon Cisse is practicing on Wednesday after leaving Sunday's game against the Buccaneers early with a neck injury. DT Anthony Campbell also returned to practice. RB Chris Brooks did not practice, along with Aaron Banks, Jacob Monk and Jager Burton.
