Okonkwo had the targets and receiving yards with the Titans, but not the touchdowns. Washington could use him, but he isn't a sure thing.

The signing of Stefon Diggs dulls some of the luster off Okonkwo as a potential fantasy threat on the Commanders. A strong start would do wonders for his fantasy outlook.

Okonkwo enters a new system as the presumed TE1 for the Commanders. He's more H-Back than in-line TE so that could limit his statistical ceiling in an offense that wants to run and work a lot from center.
Bates is the best in-line blocker on the depth chart. Unless Okonkwo earns a heavy receiving role as one of the three most targeted primary options, I'm not counting on consistent starter value.
It could happen, but let's see how Antonio Williams, Luke McCaffrey, and the Commanders' TE depth chart perform in camp.
