To be clear, there is always risk involved with rolling out a rookie pass-rusher--as great as Myles Garrett has been, he had 7.5 sacks in his first season. But Bailey is easily the most pro-ready of this year's class after logging 14.5 sacks and 19.5 tackles for loss last year at Texas Tech. He's also going to see no shortage of snaps in his first season.
