Douglas set a career high in yards per catch, but he was not targeted as much as many projected. This year, Douglas will either be the starting slot receiver and the fourth or fifth option in the passing game during most weeks, or Douglas will be a reserve slot option behind Kayshon Boutte, if the Patriots keep Boutte and have Boutte split inside/outside roles with A.J. Brown.
If the Patriots trade Boutte, Douglas could also see Kyle Williams and/or Efton Chism eat into Douglas' snaps. Douglas has a volatile fantasy profile with a much lower floor than the height of his ceiling.
