All has a promising rookie year in 2024 before suffering a difficult knee injury that cost him 2025. All has also undergone back surgery in college that the Michigan program didn't want him to get.
When healthy, All delivers YAC skills, toughness at the catch point, and enough speed to stretch seams and win acrobatic plays. All is also a good lead blocker/H-Back who can work all over the formation.
All is a boom-bust option available late in drafts who could emerge as the third or fourth option in Cincinnati's high-powered passing game.
