Andy Hicks
Pickens had displayed elite potential while with the Steelers, but he performed well above expectations in his first year in Dallas. Better than CeeDee Lamb. Most expect regression with Lamb the beneficiary, but Pickens sure looked comfortable in this offense. Once again the sky is the limit.

Expect more single coverage with a healthy CeeDee Lamb opposite Pickens in Dallas. As a result, he should continue to see plenty of explosive plays going his way, even if he will give up some of his targets to Lamb in 2026.
Matt Waldman
Pickens had a career year and did it with more routes than back-shoulder fades and slants. Working opposite CeeDee Lamb and with Jake Ferguson underneath, the Cowboys generate enough spacing for Pickens to thrive.
As long as Pickens' past immaturity doesn't return, he's a good bet for fantasy WR1 value or at least on the cusp of that tier.

It's a contract year, and he's on an offense that needs to score a lot of points, so fire him up this year. If you're a contender, Pickens would make a great WR2 for you. If you're rebuilding, look to move him. His future is cloudy, as I expect he will be playing elsewhere in 2027.
