Pickens has promised elite pass catching skills and his first season in Dallas demonstrated he can put it all together. Younger than CeeDee Lamb and while a long term contract would help, its understandable the Cowboys are being patient.

Pickens is a sell-high option for dynasty managers to cash in on his breakout 2025 season. With CeeDee Lamb returning to full health as Dallas' true alpha and Pickens facing long-term contract uncertainty on the tag, trading him now maximizes his top-10 value at its absolute ceiling.

It's a contract year, and he's on an offense that needs to score a lot of points, so fire him up this year. If you're a contender, Pickens would make a great WR2 for you. If you're rebuilding, look to move him. His future is cloudy, as I expect he will be playing elsewhere in 2027.
