This is the season that will define Phillips. The talent is there. The paycheck is after the Panthers gave the 27-year-old $30 million a season to anchor the Carolina pass rush. But Phillips also has an injury history, and his season-high in sacks was 8.5--as a rookie in 2021. There's too much risk and not enough reward to draft Phillips as a fantasy starter.
