Does McConkey suit the new offense? What happened last year when he dropped 400 yards on his rookie season? The Chargers have options if McConkey doesn't take the #1 role, I would err on the side of caution regarding McConkey
Jeff Haseley
I see McConkey as a buy candidate for managers looking to take advantage of his sophomore dip. With Mike McDaniel taking over as offensive coordinator and clearing the WR1 deck, McConkey is positioned to be the receiving engine of an efficient Justin Herbert passing attack. Take advantage of those hinged on his 2025 stat line before his elite route-running and YAC traits elevate him back into clear WR1 territory.
Jeff Blaylock
McConkey has not been able to stay healthy, and the Chargers may be headed for a rebuild.
