At this point, you're looking for upside. I liked what I scouted of Thomas Fidone II. He was a top prospect in college who suffered an ACL tear early in his career.
Fidone can bulk up and be a good in-line blocker or he can remain slimmed down and perform as a nimble tight end with enough burst to win man-to-man and earn yardage after the catch. He's a good route runner who can make the first man miss in the open field.
He's already turned some heads in OTAs. If he can build on that in training camp, he could unseat Daniel Bellinger. I think he'll do that and maybe challenge Theo Johnson by midseason if Johnson doesn't emerge.
