Shough showed signs of being a qenuine long term quarterback in his rookie season, but this is the crucial year. If he establishes himself this year, he does enough tobe a bottom end QB1 in dynasty. He is far from a sure thing so caution is warranted.

I liked Shough last year, but he was an older rookie, and I had not adjusted my rankings much and still had him just outside my Top 20. After two weeks, it's clear he is a perfect fit for Kellen Moore's offense and should hold this job for at least a few more seasons. He showed his passing upside in Week 1, leading the league in yardage, and then added 23 yards rushing and a touchdown in Week 2. Shough is a borderline top-15 dynasty quarterback.

Saints QB Tyler Shough was asked after Sunday's 23-13 loss to the Vikings whether his left hand was broken and said he wasn't sure he could answer that, but that it's banged up.
