Allgeier looked like a great pickup for Arizona, until they drafted Jeremiyah Love. Allgeier probably gets first shot and stands a good chance to be fantasy useful this year. Love however will be learning and taking a bigger role. Unless Allgeier is elsewhere in 2027, his dynasty future is grim.

Tyler Allgeier 'going to be the lead back' Sunday with Love on IR, Knight in protocol
Cardinals RB Tyler Allgeier is going to be the lead back Sunday at Seattle, with RB Jeremiyah Love on injured reserve and out for at least the next four games and RB Bam Knight in the concussion protocol. Allgeier was named NFC Offensive Player of the Week after rushing for 147 yards and a touchdown on 11 carries and adding five catches for 44 yards and a touchdown in last Sunday's win over the Cowboys. Head coach Mike LaFleur said he had told Allgeier the Wednesday before that game that he would have a third-down role, before Love and Knight exited with injuries. "He put his cape on and became Superman for us," LaFleur said.
