Upgrades and Downgrades

After missing the past two games with a knee injury, rookie Walter Nolen returned to the Arizona defense this week. Nolen played 41 defensive snaps (61%) in Week 15, collecting three tackles (1 solo), one tackle for loss, and one sack against Houston. Nolen is back, and we’ve seen the talented rookie flash his playmaking ability from the interior when healthy this season. If you’re looking for defensive tackle options in deeper IDP true-position or DT-required leagues, Nolen is worth a look.

Turner had a quiet start to the season with just 1.5 sacks through his first 10 games. He’s been heating up of late though, and now has 4 sacks over his last 4 games after adding another one in a shootout win over the Lions this week.
