Busts on the New England Patriots

Reasons RB TreVeyon Henderson Could Be a Bust

  • Jason Wood: Henderson has enticing upside, particularly as a big-play option, assuming the Patriots prioritize getting him the ball. But his ADP assumes he'll be a must-start every week player; more likely, he's part of a committee with Rhamondre Stevenson, running behind a rebuilding but still subpar offensive line.
  • Jeff Haseley: Until we get more clarity, expect a split backfield in New England with Rhamondre Stevenson
  • Ben Cummins: Rhamondre Stevenson weighs 231 pounds compared to Henderson's 202-pound frame. And like Henderson, Stevenson is also a good pass catcher out of the backfield. Stevenson is going to play more than most would like.
  • Phil Alexander: No knock on Henderson, who can score from anywhere on the field. But his ADP is tough to justify for a timeshare back on the Patriots.
  • David Zacharias: Rhamondre Stevenson's goal-line touches will suck the air out of Henderson's RB2 ADP balloon.
