Scouting Report

Antonio Williams leaves Clemson as one of the most productive receivers in school history. He was an elite-level prospect, ranking WR9 in the 2022 class, and stepped in as an immediate contributor, leading the team in receptions and yards as a true freshman. Williams was a versatile piece for Clemson, seeing action in the run game and on punt returns. He earned first-team All-ACC honors in 2024 and leaves ranked fourth in career receptions and touchdowns and ninth in yards. Williams arrived in the same recruiting class as quarterback Cade Klubnik, and the two developed a tight bond that came to define the last four years of Clemson football.

Williams is a slot-heavy player who saw usage in gadget opportunities and trick plays throughout his Clemson career. He can separate quickly and reads defenses well, identifying soft spots as a chain mover. At his best after the catch, he has shown the ability to win vertically up the seam when defenses allow him to release. Williams is likely a depth piece at the NFL level who will fall later on Day 2 or into Day 3.

Rundown

Williams is one of the most productive receivers in Clemson history, serving as the centerpiece of the passing offense over the last four seasons. He is a heady slot receiver who offers gadget utility and return ability.
