Scouting Report

Kenyon Sadiq is an early frontrunner for TE1 in the 2026 NFL Draft, and for good reason. He was initially a four-star recruit who also played basketball and ran a 11.04 in the 100 meters in track and field. He committed to Oregon and waited his turn in a loaded tight end room that featured at least three future NFL players. As a junior, he was named to the All-Big Ten First Team and was instrumental in Oregon's College Football Playoff run.

Sadiq's biggest knock is his production, which was limited by sharing the tight end room with Terrance Ferguson. Sadiq is a playmaker with the ball in his hands; he played running back before reaching high school. He's a willing and capable blocker, but lacks some of the power to deal with larger edge defenders. Sadiq is going to blow people away if he chooses to test at the Combine, but he has every reason to opt out with first-round consideration almost a guarantee.

Rundown

Sadiq is a prototypical move tight end who can elevate a passing game while still being a good enough blocker to stay on the field on rushing downs.
