Thompson is a speedster with excellent tracking of vertical targets and strong YAC skills. He'll get playing time and mismatches in four-receiver sets that should lead to some long bombs for field-flipping plays as a rookie.
There won't be enough targets for Thompson to generate consistent fantasy value. You might see 3-4 games where Thompson earns fantasy value on the basis of one long pass, which will make him a bye-week dart throw, at best unless injuries to the depth chart force Thompson to earn a high-volume role.
