Andy Hicks
Dalton Kincaid can be a fantasy star, but I am not sure it is in Buffalo with Josh Allen as his quarterback. A new head coach could fix that in 2026, but I would rather wait and see him lift his game to the level he is capable of.

A nagging knee injury has severely trimmed Kincaid's playing time. While Buffalo will likely monitor his workload to keep him healthy, his raw talent makes him a great bounce-back candidate if he can stay on the field.

Patience with Kyle Pitts paid off in 2025 and the same could be said to an extent with Kincaid. The Bills attacked downfield with Kincaid more often than they did in previous years.
Joe Brady's philosophy with Josh Allen has been to spread the ball around. It means Kincaid doesn't earn the contested targets another quarterback might have given the tight end.
It als means Kincaid's fantasy ceiling is capped outside the top-five candidates until further notice.
