Derrick Henry

Henry has been a top six fantasy back for six of the last seven seasons. He has had double digit touchdowns for the last years. He will also be closer to 33 by the start of the season and has a new head coach. He also has almost 3000 career carries. While it would be a fool to write off Henry again, caution has to be advised.

Henry remains the primary red-zone finisher in Baltimore's run-dominant system alongside Lamar Jackson, ensuring steady touchdown production despite entering the sunset of his career.

He finished as the RB4 and RB7 in his first two seasons with the Ravens. Lamar Jackson's healthy return only boosts his touchdown outlook, making him a strong value at his current ADP.

Henry matched his pre-draft value in 2026. He earned the second-most rushing TDs and one of the three highest yards per carry averages among leading producers at the position. 

Henry did this as a 31 year-old. The offensive line won't be as good at center without Tyler Lindenbaum, but the rookie guard Olaivavega Ioane is an excellent run blocker.

The rest of the line is proven enough that Henry should thrive once again, especially with Lamar Jackson healthy enough to threaten defenses with his legs. 

Henry could emerge as a top-three performer if the Ravens take to its new scheme fast enough. I'm not counting on it, but Henry's floor is high enough to believe he's an upper echelon fantasy RB1 yet again.  

Henry can bounce from 10th on the NFL career rushing yardage list to 6th. He would need 1,084 yards to pass Eric Dickerson, Jerome Bettis, LaDainian Tomlinson, and Curtis Martin. Henry's volume should change little despite the change in OC.
