Sampson is one of those smaller runners with legitimate skills between the tackles. Think De'Von Achane, but not as explosive. Sampson has good contact balance for his size and he's a smart runner with blocking schemes where he has familiarity.
Cleveland's run game has enough scheme diversity for Sampson to earn a change-of-pace role as a rookie. If injuries strike, he could offer fantasy value.
