Dylan Sampson

Judkins is presumably back in the mix, but Sampson, who led the SEC in rushing last year, is an exciting prospect in his own right and has been present for the entire offseason program. Not ruling him out as the most productive rookie rusher in Cleveland.

Sampson is one of those smaller runners with legitimate skills between the tackles. Think De'Von Achane, but not as explosive. Sampson has good contact balance for his size and he's a smart runner with blocking schemes where he has familiarity. 

Cleveland's run game has enough scheme diversity for Sampson to earn a change-of-pace role as a rookie. If injuries strike, or Quinshown Judkins' legal troubles results in a long-term suspension, Sampson could offer starter value. 

Exciting rookie who should be drafted first in the Browns' backfield until Quinshon Judkins' legal trouble is cleared up and/or he is signed to a rookie contract.
