Emeka Egbuka ruled out for Sunday after Bowles called him 'doubtful but leaning towards out'
Buccaneers WR Emeka Egbuka (concussion) has been ruled out for Sunday's game at the Panthers. Head coach Todd Bowles had said on Friday, about 25 minutes before the team's injury report came out, that Egbuka was "doubtful but leaning towards out."
