Egbuka was asked to shoulder the absence of his teammates as a rookie. He wore down as the season unfolded, but held up admirably. With an offseason to develop, he should be a potent force.

Egbuka began the season on fire and fizzled out. Pass drops were a factor. Inaccurate targets from an injured Baker Mayfield were another -- in fact, arguably the bigger factor.
Egbuka and Chris Godwin will be the WRs 1-A and 1-B in this offense. Don't expect a Jaxon Smith-Njigba emergence, but expect greater consistency and close to top-15 fantasy production at WR, especially with a toe injury that's listed as "day-to-day...week-to-week." Toe injuries can be dicey so expect either Ebguka to be limited for much of the season and playing at a lower capability or for him to miss 1-4 games.
