Jadarian Price out after aggravating chest injury, Holani and Wilson to 'carry the load'
Seahawks rookie RB Jadarian Price has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Chargers after aggravating in Wednesday's practice the chest injury he first sustained in Week 2, head coach Mike Macdonald said on Friday. Asked whether the injury could be a long-term concern, Macdonald said, "Don't know that yet... I'm not sure how long he's going to be out." With RB Zach Charbonnet not yet eligible to come off the physically unable to perform list, Seattle will turn to RBs George Holani and Emanuel Wilson, plus RB Velus Jones Jr. if he is elevated from the practice squad. S Julian Love (calf) practiced fully on Friday and has no game status, while S Ty Okada (hamstring) is questionable.

Seahawks rookie RB Jadarian Price went from limited on Wednesday to a non-participant on Thursday with a chest injury, while RB George Holani (rib) was limited for the second straight day ahead of Sunday's game against the Chargers. S Ty Okada was limited on Thursday, his first practice of the season, and S Julian Love (calf) was limited again but said "Yeah, I feel good" when asked whether he plans to play Sunday. RB Zach Charbonnet returned to practice on a limited basis but, as a PUP list player, cannot play Sunday and must be activated within 21 days or miss the rest of the season.

Seahawks RB Jadarian Price was downgraded to a non-participant in practice on Thursday with a chest injury after being limited on Wednesday. RB Zach Charbonnet (knee) was limited in his return to practice after the Seahawks opened his 21-day return-to-practice window on Thursday; he is working back from the ACL tear that ended his 2025 season in the divisional round of the playoffs. RB George Holani (rib) remained limited. Price has 28 carries for 119 yards and four receptions for 21 yards, along with two fumbles.

Seahawks S Julian Love (calf) was limited at practice on Wednesday after missing the Week 3 loss to the Commanders, and it remains unclear whether he will be cleared for Week 4 against the Chargers. S Ty Okada (hamstring) was the only non-participant and has not practiced since the start of the regular season, while RBs Jadarian Price (chest) and George Holani (rib) were limited. RB Zach Charbonnet, still on the PUP list without his 21-day practice window opened, was not listed, but head coach Mike Macdonald said "there is a chance" he can practice on Thursday.
