Helm will be the TE1 in the Titans' room. Can he bercome a fantasy starter? This will depend on Cam Ward's development, and Carnell Tate reaching his rookie ceilling.
If Ward can become a 4,000-yard passer this year, Helm could become a top-15 fantasy TE. If Ward doesn't reach this mark, but manages 3,500-3,700 yards and Tate falls below 1,000 yards receiving, Helm could emerge as a performer with 600-800 yards and 6 scores.
At this point of the offseason, I'm inclined to make Helm a distant third/fourth option in the offense. Stay tuned.

Hopeful of big jump for Gunnar Helm
Tennessee Titans TE Gunnar Helm heads into Year No. 2 in 2026 looking to work hard and keep improving. New head coach Robert Saleh likes what he has seen from Helm so far. 'Gunnar looks good, man,' Saleh said. 'He looks like a legit dude - from what he was a year ago to what he is now, especially physically. Again, once pads come on, we'll be able to decide all that, but like all these guys, hopefully they take a big jump and find a way to grab the bull by the horns and take advantage of their opps.'
