Jacobs has his court date moved forward in an attempt to expedite his outcomes. While still on the exempt list he remains a big doubt. Especially at age 28. I expect his case to be resolved promptly and him to see the field by October. With no concrete information to back that up. He moves rapidly down if we get to October and no resolution is imminent.

Josh Jacobs coming off Commissioner Exempt List, eligible to play next week
Packers RB Josh Jacobs is being removed from the Commissioner Exempt List on Monday and will be eligible to practice and play next week. The NFL investigation is ongoing and Jacobs can still be suspended, but as of now he will be at practice next week ahead of the Packers' Week 7 game at the Lions.
Records in Josh Jacobs case 'could be released', but appeal blocks immediate release
The Hobart/Lawrence police department determined that "certain records could be released with appropriate redactions" in response to a public records request in the Packers RB Josh Jacobs case. However, one or more parties have appealed that decision, so nothing will be released immediately. Jacobs has been on the commissioner exempt list awaiting a league decision on a possible suspension.
Jordan Love says 'our run game's got to improve' after 17 rushing yards vs. Falcons
"Our run game's got to improve. When you have a solid pass game and run game balancing each other, that always helps," Love said, adding that it was harder to commit to the run once the Packers fell behind. RB Josh Jacobs remains on the commissioner's exempt list and is likely to be suspended without pay after pleading no contest to misdemeanor charges of battery and criminal damage to property.
Jayden Reed carted off with apparent neck injury, ruled out vs. Jets
Jordan Dajani of CBS Sports reports that Packers WR Jayden Reed was carted off the field after taking a high hit from Jets LB Demario Davis on the second play from scrimmage. Reed caught a quick pass from QB Jordan Love before the hit, was placed on a spine board, and was quickly ruled out for the remainder of the game. Reed had caught three of seven targets for 20 yards before exiting, and missed 10 games in 2025 after breaking his collarbone in Week 2. With Reed out, more pressure will be placed on WR Matthew Golden, who is already without star RB Josh Jacobs in the Packers offense.
