Week 2 injury report for Packers`

Green Bay Packers DE Brenton Cox (groin) and CB Bo Melton (shoulder) did not participate in practice Wednesday, Sept. 10, and have been ruled out for Week 2. OG Aaron Banks (ankle, groin) and OT Zach Tom (oblique) did not practice and are listed as questionable. S Zayne Anderson (knee), CB Nate Hobbs (knee) and DE Micah Parsons (back) were limited during practice and are listed as questionable. WR Jayden Reed (foot), DE Barryn Sorrell (knee) and WR Dontayvion Wicks (calf) were limited during practice but are not on the injury report. WR Matthew Golden (ankle), QB Jordan Love (thumb), LB Quay Walker (quadriceps) and P Daniel Whelan (knee) fully participated in practice and are not on the injury report.

Micah Parsons talks way into more snaps

Green Bay Packers DL Micah Parsons said Tuesday, Sept. 9 that he talked his way into more playing time in Week 1 against the Detroit Lions. He ended up playing 29 snaps, more than originally intended. 'I told (the defensive coaches) the other day when they were talking to me about the snap counts, it's like, 'Man, we could run gassers; we could be in practice and you give me these plays; we can run to the ball, but at the end of the day, you've got to let me push through some things,' Parsons said.
