Harvey had his moments in his rookie season, especially as a receiver and finding the endzone. If he can improve as a runner, he will get more all round work, but as a floor it is pretty solid. The injury history of JK Dobbins and unknown quantity of rookie Jonah Coleman leave a huge range of outcomes possible for Harvey.

I wanted Harvey to be a thing, and he still might, but he did not belong in my Top 25. It's clear the Broncos are going to use a committee, and also very clear that they like Jonah Coleman. With Harvery and JK Dobbins picking up hamstring injuries, Coleman is going to get a chance to showcase his skills early, and I worry he won't give the job back. Harvey's big-play ability keeps him interesting, but I am not actively looking to buy him in dynasty. On this same note, Coleman moved way up my rankings.
