Dobbins has missed 11 games over the last two years. Those are his best years. Projecting Dobbins to play a full season seems a mistake for any prognosticator. Harvey played every game and developed strongly as his rookie season progressed. A full off-season should greatly improve his numbers in 2026.

Harvey enters Year 2 facing a crowded Denver backfield after the Broncos re-signed J.K. Dobbins and drafted rookie Jonah Coleman. While his work on early downs left some room for improvement during his rookie campaign, his elite pass-catching traits out of the backfield keep him in the mix as a safe, high-floor RB3.

Harvey's speed generated ethusiasm about his potential, especially when folks weren't wise to Sean Payton's tendency to compare prospects to former Saints greats based on their roles and not their actual talent.
Payton uses a three-headed committee from his running back room and J.K. Dobbins was the lead option until he got hurt. Expect similar this year.
Harvey had moments, but he's not as wise of a decision-maker as Dobbins and lacks a complete game as a runner at this time. Jonah Coleman's power and burst area overstated, too.
Harvey will be the most compelling option if Dobbins gets hurt again, and will deliver at least RB3 fantasy value.
