The Colts staff says they are aware of Jonathan Taylor's heavy workload and they intend to use more of DJ Giddens and rookie Seth McGowan to spell Taylor as needed. At the same time, the staff also reported that Taylor told the Colts he felt good after 2025's large workload.

Don't expect a massive injection of Giddens and McGowan. Of the two, Giddens has the most unrealized potential but makes a lot of unforced errors in a variety of areas.

McGowan is a hard-charging gap runner (Trap, Power, and Toss) with decent size and good top-end speed.

As long as the Colts' offensive line remains healthy, McGowan is capable of fantasy value if he earns enough touches as an injury substitute.
