Montgomery trade cements Marks as a change-of-pace RB2, at best.

Marks could be in for a strong second season even with David Montgomery in the fold. The reason is the improvement of the Texans' offensive line. This will be a physical and athletic unit, and we should expect the ground game to be the first phase of offense to gel this year.
Montgomery will earn the majority of touches, but we could see a 45/55 split for Marks. It could be enough for Marks to deliver RB3 fantasy value, perhaps higher if he becomes a PPR maven.
