Woody Marks scores on five carries in loss to Colts
Texans RB Woody Marks rushed five times for 15 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 19-17 loss to the Colts. He added one catch for six yards. Marks scored one of Houston's two touchdowns while working behind RB David Montgomery.

Houston Texans RB Woody Marks has been working on learning the route tree, as it is anticipated that he will have a larger role in the passing game behind RB David Montgomery. 'He's going to get lots of opportunities. Last year we brought him along slower, which was good to help him kind of learn the game. And once he learned the game, he played a lot faster,' running backs coach and assistant head coach Danny Barrett said. 'And you can see him now playing even faster. So, his role is going to pick up some third downs, special teams. He's a kickoff return guy. But, more importantly, probably in the passing game as well.'

Houston Texans RB Woody Marks' role this season is expected to include more pass-catching duties and a new role on kickoff returns.
