Free-agent OT Andre Dillard (Packers), OT Nicholas Petit-Frere (Titans) and CB Dallis Flowers (Buccaneers) signed one-year contracts with the San Francisco 49ers Friday, May 9. Financial terms were not disclosed. The team also waived OG Jalen McKenzie and waived/injured CB Tre'Vius Hodges-Tomlinson (undisclosed).
