Bloom's Training Camp PPR Top 250

A Top 250 for PPR leagues

Sigmund Bloom's Bloom's Training Camp PPR Top 250 Sigmund Bloom Published 08/05/2024

A PPR Top 250 list is notoriously difficult to prepare during training camp. As you read this, injuries are being assessed, players are gaining or losing buzz, and depth charts are fluid. We can still take our best shot as the prime fantasy draft season is approaching. Having a strong foundational starting point to make your adjustments from is key to not letting yourself overreact to camp news. So, where should we start while the firehose is on full blast?

The Bloom Top 250

1. Christian McCaffrey (RB-SF) - Regained his crown in 2023
2. CeeDee Lamb (WR-DAL) - As long as the holdout is done soon, he's WR1
3. Tyreek Hill (WR-MIA) - No sign of decline and numbers could improve

Top 250 Tier Break

4. Justin Jefferson (WR-MIN) - Was elite with Nick Mullens in December
5. Breece Hall (RB-NYJ) - Will threaten for RB1 overall if he and Rodgers stay healthy
6. Ja'Marr Chase (WR-CIN) - Hasn't replicated deep ball success of rookie year
7. Amon-Ra St. Brown (WR-DET) - Getting used more downfield, played hurt last year
8. Bijan Robinson (RB-ATL) - What can he do with a good quarterback?

Top 250 Tier Break

9. A.J. Brown (WR-PHI) - Elite first half, slowed down in second half
10. Garrett Wilson (WR-NYJ) - Top 5 within reach if Rodgers stays healthy
11. Puka Nacua (WR-LAR) - Could take another step after historic rookie season
12. Jahmyr Gibbs (RB-DET) - Doesn't need a lot of additional touches to hit new heights
13. Saquon Barkley (RB-PHI) - Best situation of career, but Hurts will take some rush TDs
14. Jonathan Taylor (RB-IND) - Outstanding situation, but Richardson will take some rush TDs
15. Drake London (WR-ATL) - Finally has a quarterback
16. De'Von Achane (RB-MIA) - Health only question; role should grow in year two
17. Jaylen Waddle (WR-MIA) - Career year coming if he stays healthy
18. Cooper Kupp (WR-LAR) - Market has overweighted injury discount

Top 250 Tier Break

19. Derrick Henry (RB-BAL) - Best situation of his career
20. Kyren Williams (RB-LAR) - Still the lead back, but will yield work (goal line?) to Corum
21. Nico Collins (WR-HOU) - Probably Stroud's #1 target, hasn't peaked yet
22. Deebo Samuel Jr. (WR-SF) - High ceiling WR2 + CMC injury upside
23. Brandon Aiyuk (WR-SF) - Ranking assumes he'll be 49ers with new deal
24. Marvin Harrison Jr. (WR-ARI) - Not worth a top 20 pick… yet
25. Davante Adams (WR-LV) - How much will Bowers cut into target share?
26. Mike Evans (WR-TB) - Godwin role should grow, but Evans will have plenty of ceiling weeks
27. Malik Nabers (WR-NYG) - A ton of low-quality targets coming

33. Trey McBride (TE-ARI) - Better target competition, but should be in better offense
34. Chris Olave (WR-NO) - Hasn't emerged as a true #1; Carr lowers ceiling
35. DeVonta Smith (WR-PHI) - In Brown's shadow, but could get more motion looks with Moore
36. Chris Godwin (WR-TB) - Will be playing Cooper Kupp role in Liam Coen's offense
37. Tank Dell (WR-HOU) - Should pick up where he left off before injury
38. Zay Flowers (WR-BAL) - Will only get better in year two in better offense

43. Amari Cooper (WR-CLE) - Can Watson get the most out of him downfield?
44. Josh Allen (QB-BUF) - Passing ceiling takes a hit in Brady's offense
45. Jalen Hurts (QB-PHI) - Will Kellen Moore reduce # of tush push TDs?
46. Patrick Mahomes (QB-KC) - Deep passing is back on revenge tour ‘24
