When I look at matchups for this week, these are the matchups that look MOST FAVORABLE from a tackling perspective (with some notes if the matchup is particularly unfavorable for run vs pass):
- ATLANTA (vs San Francisco) – 49ers offense generates 54.8 tackle opps/game (26 rush/27 pass)
- CHICAGO (vs New Orleans) - Saints offense generates 52.7 tackle opps/game (27.5 rush/23 pass)
- DENVER (vs NY Giants) - Giants offense generates 52.7 tackle opps/game (30 rush/20 pass)
- SAN FRANCISCO (vs Atlanta) - Falcons offense generates 52.6 tackle opps/game (31 rush/21 pass)
- WASHINGTON (vs Dallas) – Cowboys offense generates 52.3 tackle opps/game (23 rush/28 pass)
- TAMPA BAY (vs Detroit) - Lions offense generates 52.2 tackle opps/game (28 rush/22 pass)
