It's the spookiest week of the year! No, I'm not talking about a bye week or injury-riddled Sunday, I'm referring to Halloween! We are already at Halloween, and whether you have a trick or treat in your lineup is completely dependent on how you digest all this information. Which players are wearing masks? Which players don't need to dress up their stats? There is still time to recover from a bad start, but you must act fast. Don't be the house that hands the apples out; give us full-sized candy bar efforts down the stretch here. You never know the treats that await you if you don't fall for a trick! The Halloween Week Stock Market is LIVE! Ring the bell…

Fortune 5

EDGE Myles Garrett, Cleveland

Nothing captures the essence of elite dominance quite like Myles Garrett unleashing his full arsenal on the field. Last week, he delivered arguably the finest performance of his illustrious career: six tackles, five sacks, and a forced fumble that underscored his relentless pressure. This explosive outing secured his eighth consecutive 10+ sack season, achieved by just Week 9. Currently, Garrett is pacing for new personal bests in both tackles and sacks. If he continues this upward trajectory, the NFL landscape and fantasy matchups alike will become infinitely more intriguing and challenging. Unequivocally, the week's premier player, Garrett, is surging even higher despite already being perched near the absolute pinnacle of defensive excellence.

LB Kaden Elliss, Atlanta

Kaden Elliss has been a fascinating player to track over the last couple of years. Despite an offseason swirling with "What if?" scenarios and uncertainty, Ellis has kicked off 2025 with an impressive, steady performance. Coming in with the challenge of replicating his breakout 2024 campaign, he's answered with unwavering reliability. When Divine Deablo went down injured, chatter suggested rookie JD Bertrand would immediately command the linebacker group. Bertrand played well, but Ellis outshone him, posting 12 tackles, two tackles for loss, and a defended pass. He may not be a flashy LB1, yet he's a trustworthy, plug-and-play option you can start confidently every single week.

LB SirVocea Dennis, Tampa Bay

Last we spoke, SirVocea Dennis was my darling pick-up after Week 1's games. Here's the midseason checkpoint for those bold enough to listen and prioritize Dennis; you're probably doing well. Through Week 9, he boasts 59 tackles, two sacks, and two passes defended, vaulting to LB8 overall. A near-certain waiver-wire gem in Week 1, he's now entrenched in the top eight and barreling toward league-winner status. Even on bye, stash him in lineups to aura-farm your leaguemates. The electric vibes radiating from Dennis deliver unbreakable momentum as you charge into fantasy's second half. With the Buccaneers' defense ascending, his ceiling remains sky-high.

LB Eric Wilson, Minnesota

When Blake Cashman returned, conventional wisdom pegged Eric Wilson for the bench. Wrong. It was Ivan Pace Jr, whose role evaporated, dipping below 25% snaps last week, while Wilson soared to 82%, trailing only Cashman's 100%. In the messy muck of linebacker committees, surprises thrive. Entering the season as a virtual unknown, Wilson has racked up 51 tackles in just seven games. A stark reminder: depth chart irrelevance meets opportunity equals fantasy gold in Minnesota's fluid defense. With Pace sidelined and Cashman injury-prone, Wilson's every-down role looks locked in for the long haul.

LB Alex Singleton, Denver

IDP's version of Ole Reliable, Alex Singleton, hasn't gotten enough love this year. He's doing exactly what he always does: tackling everything in sight at an elite rate. Through eight games, he's already at 70 stops. On a loaded Denver defense, he's the quiet engine, but IDP managers know the truth. Singleton perennially ranks among the top linebackers and currently sits at LB19. A high-end LB2 who can spike weeks near the top of the leaderboard, like last week's 11-tackle gem, is the perfect Robin to any IDP Batman. With Denver's schedule softening ahead, his floor stays sky-high and ceiling keeps climbing.
