Spoiler alert: Mostly good.

Staffers with Good Vibes
- Maurile Tremblay: Stroud's Year-3 leap under new OC Nick Caley, plus line reinforcements, keep this attack on a top-10 path despite Diggs' departure.
- Ben Cummins: C.J. Stroud is one of the best pocket passers in the NFL, making the offense exciting for fantasy.
- Kyle Bellefeuil: Houston is the favorite to win the AFC South again, and the offense should be friendly for us fantasy gamers.
- Hutchinson Brown: Houston seems to have their franchise quarterback in C.J. Stroud, and they should be able to make some noise in the playoffs this year.
- Andy Hicks: Houston has been building a stronger team and is poised for a deeper run in a very competitive AFC.
- Julia Papworth: If Stroud can overcome a questionable offensive line, the offense under new OC Nick Caley (of Sean McVay and Rams tutelage) could be high flying. Perhaps Los Angeles East?
- Jeff Blaylock: An AFC South title and a home playoff game remain in reach, but that may still be this team's ceiling.
- Colton Dodgson: The talented pieces give Nick Caley plenty to work with in his first year. There should be no shortage of fantasy production in Houston.
Staffers with Neutral Vibes
- Jason Wood: There's a narrative that the Texans had a bad 2024, but they won 10 games and the division crown. An offensive coordinator switch raises the ceiling and lowers the floor, but the team has many key pieces in place for sustained success.
- Meng Song: Houston made a change at offensive coordinator, but the bigger question remains whether the revamped offensive line will be an upgrade.
- Phil Alexander: A jolt of young talent in the pass-catching corps raises the potential for a C.J. Stroud bounce-back season, though it's far from certain.
- Jeff Haseley: Houston is close to becoming a strong team in a competitive AFC South division, but they need to address some weaknesses, particularly their 54 sacks allowed.
- David Zacharias: The Texans are the best team in a relatively weak division.
- Craig Lakins: There are a couple of strong fantasy assets on the Texans, but last year was a major step backward. They need better offensive line play for me to feel good here.
Staffers with Bad Vibes
- Tripp Brebner: After backsliding last year, the team allowed its biggest weakness - offensive line - to get worse and fired the offensive coordinator who meshed well with then-rookie QB C.J. Stroud.
