Top 10 DraftKings DFS Plays for NFL Week 4
Three weeks of data are in the books, injuries have started to shuffle a few backfields and receiver rooms, and byes begin creeping onto the schedule soon. Below are 10 plays worth building around on this week's main slate, broken down by position with the reasoning behind each one.
Quarterback
Josh Allen, Buffalo Bills, $7,700 (vs. New England)
Allen comes into Week 4 tied for the NFL lead in rushing touchdowns after scoring two in each of his first three games. That rate is probably not sustainable over a full season, but it speaks to how often he finds the end zone on the ground even on days when the passing numbers look ordinary. Buffalo is favored by 6.5 points in a game with a total near 48.5, giving him a game script that should keep him involved from start to finish.
Trevor Lawrence, Jacksonville Jaguars, $5,900 (at Cincinnati)
Lawrence remains the top cash game play at the position, sitting under $6,000 while carrying the slate's highest points per salary projection. Jacksonville has scored over 34 points twice through three weeks, and across those two games Lawrence averaged 23.5 DraftKings points with seven total touchdown passes. This game carries the highest total on the entire Week 4 slate at 51.5 points, and with Cincinnati in a good spot to score, Jacksonville should be pushed to throw right back.
Running Back
Christian McCaffrey, San Francisco 49ers, $7,700 (vs. Denver)
