Randall is a converted wide receiver from Clemson. The biggest quality Randall has demonstrated is toughness, fighting back from difficult injuries to play sooner than expected and contribute to the Tigers' offense.
Randall has the strength and straight-line speed to develop into a contributor, if not a starter. He must develop more conceptual understanding and feel for the running back position.
A pick of Eric DeCosta -- based on past history, an unusual request for the team's exec VP and GM -- Randall will be given the developmental treatment. On the basis of physical build alone, Randall is the only back behind Derrick Henry who looks the part of a future starter.
