Matt Waldman
Stowers is a former five-star quarterback who suffered a knee injury late in his junior season. It led to the big-time schools pulling their offers. A labrum injury early in his college career led Stowers to convert to TE and eventually transfor to Vanderbilt.
Stowers uses his past skills as a QB to read zone coverages. He has the speed and play strength to do damage after the catch, and he wins targets in tight coverage and with a wide catch radius.
Look for Stowers to start for the Eagles in 2027 while contributing off the bench in 12 personnel sets as a rookie in 2026. If Dallas Goedert gets hurt, Stowers could earn a role with sustainable fantasy value this year.
