Not much upside here. It's the Raiders, who may struggle to protect Mendoza, who isn't the best under pressure. He's also not much of a runner. I see him as a low-end QB2 for the immediate future. He's far and away the QB1 of this rookie class, but I'd have to be pretty desperate at QB to take him over Jeremiah Love if I had the 1.01 in a rookie draft.
