Jayden Daniels and the Washington offense has had an injury plagued start to the season. His numbers are still good. The team looks set to write off the season and Daniels arm injury may keep him out as well.

Elite rushing upside and an ascending offense make Daniels a cornerstone franchise QB. I don't expect an injury to his non-throwing arm to negatively impact his play in 2026.

Jayden Daniels pushing to return when healthy
Commanders quarterback Jayden Daniels is not interested in being shut down for the rest of the season. With the Commanders at 3-8, there has been some thought that Daniels might not suit up again in 2025 to keep him healthy for 2026. But that's not really what Daniels wants. "If I'm back out there, I'm healthy, and I'm ready to go, I want to be out there," Daniels said.
