Matt Waldman
Noel excels from the slot. He's a big-play weapon who can also win outside as a flanker. Although he has missed a lot of training camp, Noel is a great bargain candidate to take over for Jayden Higgins as one of the top three target-getters in this offense.
Noel's rookie performances made Christian Kirk expendable during the offseason. Tank Dell may be healthy enough to practice, but I'm skeptical Dell will athletic perform as well as Noel.
Expect Noel to nail down oneo of the top three spots in the receiving corps by midseason despite missing the preseason with nagging injuries.
