The rushing is excellent, but his passing is not taking a big leap forward. He has more games where he's been sacked at least as often as he's completed a pass (3) than he has 300-yard passing games (2) over his career. This isn't just a Jets thing.

NYJ staying with Justin Fields
New York Jets QB Justin Fields had a disappointing performance in Week 6, but head coach Aaron Glenn indicated that he is not thinking about benching Fields since he has played well at times this season.
Glenn Acknowledges Justin Fields Took A Step Back
After Sunday's loss to the Broncos, during which the Jets offense gave new meaning to the term "offensive," coach Aaron Glenn bristled at a question regarding whether he'd bench starting quarterback Justin Fields. By Monday morning, Glenn had a more measured response after reflecting on the question that was asked about whether Fields should sit. "When you look at what Justin did, the games that he played," Glenn told reporters. "Listen, I didn't think he was bad at all. I actually thought he did some pretty good things in those four games. In this fifth game, he took a step back."
Justin Fields has atrocious performance
New York Jets QB Justin Fields went 9-for-17 for 45 passing yards in Week 6's loss to the Denver Broncos, with no touchdowns and no interceptions. He also rushed seven times for 31 yards.
Week 6 injury report for Jets
New York Jets CB Michael Carter II (concussion) and WR Allen Lazard (non-injury) did not participate in practice Friday, Oct. 10, and have been ruled out for Week 6. CB Brandon Stephens (neck) was limited during practice and is listed as questionable. LB Ja'Markis Weston (groin) fully participated in practice but is listed as questionable. QB Justin Fields (knee), DE Jermaine Johnson (ankle), RB Kene Nwangwu (hamstring) and DT Quinnen Williams (groin) fully participated in practice and are not on the injury report.
