Miller is explosive, agile, a promising receiver, and he runs with strong contact balance. Miller has also lacked durability with the Saints, and it is clear they don't see Miller having a long-term future with them.
If injuries decimate the backfield, Miller could deliver top-15 fantasy RB value if he can stay healthy. It's more likely Miller is a cut/trade candidate this summer if enough options on the depth chart stay healthy.
If MIller can make good on a second chance elsewhere, he has starter potential. At this point, he's a talented reserve who hasn't earned an extended opportunity.
