Terrance Ferguson to IR, Parkinson questionable, Klare likely to make NFL debut
Rams TE Terrance Ferguson was placed on injured reserve on Friday after leaving Week 3's loss to the Broncos with an ankle injury.
McVay: Ferguson likely out 'certainly' opens door for Max Klare snaps vs. Eagles
Rams head coach Sean McVay said on Wednesday that TE Terrance Ferguson being unlikely to play Sunday against the Eagles opens the door for rookie TE Max Klare to see more snaps. "It certainly does," McVay said. "Obviously being able to play with multiple tight ends has become a big part of our identity, and so it absolutely does."
Colby Parkinson (shoulder) questionable to return, Rams down two TEs vs. Broncos
Rams TE Colby Parkinson suffered a shoulder injury in Sunday's game against the Broncos and is questionable to return. Parkinson joins TE Terrance Ferguson, who is also sidelined with an injury, leaving two of the team's five tight ends out. TEs Tyler Higbee, Davis Allen and Max Klare are the only three available at the moment for the Rams' 13-personnel approach.
