Matt Waldman
Delp is an underrated in-line blocker who plays with good positioning and delivers a punch. There's enough potential with Delp's build for him to become a competent in-line blocker, but his primary talents are in the receiving game.
Delp is a smooth route runner who baits defenders in zone and main coverage with good stem work. He tracks the ball well and wins after the catch with his burst and fluid agility.
Delp must prove he can win contested targets with regularity if he's to become a top-end receiving tight end.
